Genkō for Dental uses Stripe for secure subscription management. Choose between USD and MXN pricing.

All plans are billed monthly. No annual lock-in during the current pilot period.

Subscribing to a plan

  1. 1.From the dashboard, go to Settings.
  2. 2.Click the Billing tab.
  3. 3.Select the plan you want. Choose your currency (USD or MXN). Click Upgrade.
  4. 4.You'll be redirected to the Stripe checkout page. Enter your card details and complete the payment. Stripe accepts all major cards.
  5. 5.After payment, you're redirected back to Genkō. Your plan updates within a few seconds as Stripe's webhook confirms the subscription.

Managing your subscription

After subscribing, a Manage billing button appears in Settings → Billing. Clicking it opens the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • ✓View invoices and download receipts
  • ✓Update your payment method
  • ✓Change your plan (upgrade or downgrade)
  • ✓Cancel your subscription

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains until that date.

Common questions

What happens if I exceed the patient limit on the Free plan?

You can view existing patients but adding new ones will be blocked until you upgrade or remove patients.

Can I switch currencies after subscribing?

Currency is set at subscription time. To switch, cancel your current plan and re-subscribe in the new currency. Contact support if you need help.

Is my card stored securely?

Genkō never stores card numbers. All payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

Can I get a receipt for my practice records?

Yes. Open the Stripe billing portal from Settings → Billing and download PDF invoices for any transaction.
