Settings
Settings is where owners and admins configure the practice, manage locations, and control account security.
Organization profile
Your practice name and contact details are stored under Settings → Organization. These appear in outgoing recall campaign messages.
You can update:
- •Practice name
- •Primary contact email
- •Practice address and city

Locations
Each physical clinic site is a separate location in Genkō. All scheduling, staff assignment, and analytics are scoped per location.
- 1.Go to Settings → Locations.
- 2.Click Add location.
- 3.Enter the location name and address.
- 4.Click Save. Staff can now be assigned to the new location.
Plan limit: Free and Solo plans support 1 location. Practice allows up to 5. Clinic has no limit.

Security & passkeys
Genkō supports passkeys as a second authentication method. After signing in with email and password, you can register a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, or a hardware key) from your account settings.
- 1.Sign in with your email and password.
- 2.From the dashboard, navigate to your Account settings.
- 3.Click Add passkey and follow your device's biometric or key prompt.
Security note: Each device registers a separate passkey. If you sign in from a new device, register a passkey there too for passwordless access.
