Analytics
The Analytics dashboard gives you a real-time view of practice performance — no exports, no spreadsheets.
Accessing Analytics
Click Analytics in the dashboard sidebar. The dashboard loads KPI cards at the top and charts below. Use the date range selector to filter data by last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, or all time.
Key metrics
Appointments Booked
Total appointments created in the selected date range across all statuses.
Appointments Completed
Appointments marked Completed. Used to calculate completion rate.
No-show Rate
No-shows ÷ total appointments in the range, expressed as a percentage. Industry average is 10–20%. Reducing this is the primary KPI for most practices.
Active Patients
Patients with at least one appointment in the selected period.
Recall Conversion Rate
Patients who booked via a recall campaign ÷ total recall messages sent, expressed as a percentage.

Your active Genkō plan. Links to the billing portal.
Appointment trend chart
The trend chart shows daily appointment totals broken down by status (completed, no-show, cancelled). Use it to spot:
- →Demand spikes — days with unusually high bookings, useful for staffing decisions
- →No-show clusters — specific days or weeks with elevated no-show rates
- →Seasonality — compare periods after switching to last 90 days or all time
Recall campaign effectiveness
The campaign table shows each recall campaign with sent, opened, booked, and conversion rate columns. Sort by conversion rate to identify your most effective campaigns.
The summary row at the top of the table shows aggregate totals across all campaigns in the selected date range. Use it to benchmark your overall recall program.
Interpreting your data
No-show rate above 20%
Review confirmation workflows. Send recall reminders 48 hours and 2 hours before appointments to reduce same-day no-shows.
Recall conversion below 10%
Check your AI-drafted message tone and personalization. Try shorter messages with a clear booking call-to-action.
Analytics shows no data
Analytics requires at least one completed appointment with a valid date in the selected range. Confirm appointments are being marked Completed after visits.
