A cheatsheet for common tasks, appointment statuses, roles, and plan limits.

First-day checklist

  1. 1Create your account and confirm your email
  2. 2Complete the onboarding wizard (practice name, location, team size)
  3. 3Add at least one provider in the Schedule workspace
  4. 4Add your first patient
  5. 5Book your first appointment
  6. 6Invite team members from Settings → Members
  7. 7Subscribe to a paid plan when ready (Settings → Billing)

Appointment statuses

StatusMeaning
ScheduledBooked, not yet confirmed
ConfirmedPatient confirmed attendance
CompletedVisit finished — counts toward KPIs
CancelledSlot released, patient notified
No-showPatient did not attend — counted in no-show rate
RescheduledMoved to a new slot; original record archived
