Quick Reference
A cheatsheet for common tasks, appointment statuses, roles, and plan limits.
First-day checklist
- 1Create your account and confirm your email
- 2Complete the onboarding wizard (practice name, location, team size)
- 3Add at least one provider in the Schedule workspace
- 4Add your first patient
- 5Book your first appointment
- 6Invite team members from Settings → Members
- 7Subscribe to a paid plan when ready (Settings → Billing)
Common tasks

| Add a patient | Schedule → Add patient |
| Book an appointment | Schedule → Schedule appointment (or + button in calendar) |
| Update appointment status | Schedule → Calendar or List view → Status dropdown |
| Add a provider | Schedule → Providers card → Add provider |
| Create a recall campaign | Recalls → New campaign |
| Invite a team member | Settings → Members → Invite member |
| View analytics | Analytics → KPI dashboard |
| Manage billing or change plan | Settings → Billing → Manage billing |
Appointment statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Booked, not yet confirmed |
| Confirmed | Patient confirmed attendance |
| Completed | Visit finished — counts toward KPIs |
| Cancelled | Slot released, patient notified |
| No-show | Patient did not attend — counted in no-show rate |
| Rescheduled | Moved to a new slot; original record archived |
Roles summary
| Role | Key access |

| Owner | All access including billing and ownership transfers |
| Admin | Full operational access, settings, and billing |
| Provider | Appointments and patients at assigned location |
| Staff | Scheduling support, no settings or billing |
